Spent the morning at Bukit Cahaya visiting the animal park.
Park....prison?
No smiles where the sun don't shine...
The gloomy atmosphere was getting to the animals.......
a young lemur counting his days behind bars...
a bored stallion longing for a gallop...
Where's the twinkle in your eye.....?
freedom....where art thou...?
When was the last time I drank from a stream....?
The need to satisfy Man's hunger for entertainment/ knowledge does not justify subjecting animals to a lifetime behind bars.
Free the animals.
Life in captivity is as good as, or even worse than, true death itself....
Some creatures have to be kept locked up for public safety sake, though.
Preferbly way up at Tanjung Rambutan.
In a straightjacket.
